Return & Exchange Policy
Petrol & Pedals LLC gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Please email orders@petrolandpedals.com to start a return.
Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items: phone wallpapers, tablet wallpapers and gift cards.
// Defective Merchandise
- If you have received a defective item, please contact orders@petrolandpedals.com within 3 DAYS of receiving the item to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects.
// Return (request a refund)
- Please email orders@petrolandpedals.com to start a return.
- Refund must be within 15 days from the date your order was shipped.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Once received you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- We incur a $6 handling fee on all refunds.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

- International return postage must be paid for by the customer.
